I sat there-listening to three novelists

One after the other- They lacked a sense of poetry,

mystery and humor.  It was most un-enjoyable to

Listen to them.  They were all published.

I realized for the first time how enjoyable a writer

I am.  My writing exuberate energy, vitality,

Secrecy,  mysterious quality,  poetry of dislocation

and sadness,  plus a great sense of humor and sarcasm

And absurdity---No,  I am not published.

This culture,  if it can be called a culture at all

look at the tv experts yelling and interupting

each other. The anchor invites them for their expert

opinions but never let them express it. The anchor,

He/she expresses his/her opinions instead.

The anchor interrupts consistently and persistently

his own point of view to please his chief boss

who writes the million dollar check and tells him/her to do that...

Never let them talk for too long in case by

 some mistake they make some sense...

and he gets loads of money just by screaming a hell of a lot.

That's the highlight of the culture.

if it's a culture at all.

Screaming, interrupting and emphasising, dictating, pressuring, imposing their opinion and

 one's own point of view...

WHY INVITE THE SO CALLED EXPERTS THEN?   BS

EXPERTS?

WHERE ARE THEY?

ON CNN

ARN'T THEY SHOUTING?

THEY ARE, THAT'S THE PURPOSE OF AN EXPERT.

If SYMBOLISM ESCAPES YOU

I can't manage symbolisim except in 

this vague generalized way-whether 

it is right or wrong- I don't know,

but when-directly I am told, " What a thing means

it becomes hateful to me." ?
