BETTER LIVING

NUTRITION

No processed food
No white bread
No pasta
No sweets
Less coffee
Less eggs
Green tea
Herbal tea
No fat
No fat in dairy
Less cheese
No red meat
Cut out wine
Lots of water
Steamed, grilled fish
Lots of vegetables
Lots of green
Lots of fruits
Exercise
Walk, gym, yoga, weights.

Become oblivious to the obstacles,
all kinds of obstacles put in your path
by whatever and whoever.
Go beyond ordinary people,
ordinary pressures, ordinary problems.

Everything which is capable of bothering you
has to be completely special and extra ordinary.

Tell yourself that,"He is not extraordinary to bother me."
Tell yourself that,"She is not extraordinary to bother me."
Tell yourself that,"Its not extraordinary enough to bother me."
