Characters:  Two females

Zulekha

Injsa

Playwright's note:

"Dialogue" is a  memory play. Surealistic, stream of consciousness metaphorical, poetic renditions of lost moments...

Direction:

Dim lights, Injsa enters, wearing a long black dress, she walks center stage, stands downstage center.

She remains silent and still for a moment. Then she tries to open an imaginary door but can't.

The door is locked.

After a few moments, Zulekha enters, also wearing long black dress and a black veil.

While she enters she sings something like a lament, like a dirge kind and come stand center stage next to Injsa, a ew steps apart. They are both silent for a few secods. Then Zulekha speaks.

At the end of play while lights are dimming, Injsa sings a song.

Lights dim to black out while she is still singing...

End of play.
