WHAT MUST BE DONE...(Unbelievable)
Do not spend too much time on that bench
Do lots of things on your own
Theater and reviews
Poetry readings?
look at the old scripts
learn Computer...Wow...Wow, high time
Vit D3 and K2
B Complex and B12...when will you buy it?
Walk, walk,walk...
Reading and writing...reading and writing
Travelling.
Do not be so fond of everyone...
Try not to be close to any one especially Women
No complains
Not so much talking
No stressful talk of the past
Be pleasant, phony Pleasant like everybody
